• You’ll need to add a secondary payment method, such as an additional card, to ensure payments are processed if the primary method fails.
• If a payment fails, it will be retried automatically every day for 14 consecutive days. If the payment still fails and our team needs to manually process it, a $20 fee will apply.

If your school doesn’t approve the preceptor we’ve matched you with, don’t panic—we’ve got your back. Our team will work with you to either find an alternative preceptor that fits your school’s criteria or offer a refund if no match is available. You won’t be left stranded or out of pocket; our goal is to keep your clinicals on track without added stress.

2. Will using the 12-month payment plan affect my credit score?
